Login No Longer Required for Commenting
I’m coming around on the users-required-to-comment thing—I’ll write more on that soon in a more appropriate place—so I’ve repealed my decision to require a login for comments here on Imperfect Mirror.

Yeah, so I’m using Chris J. Davis’s So Fresh … I kinda like it. It beats the heck out of staring at Kubrick.
There were just enough things that annoyed me about it that I changed back. I’m weird about my metadata, and … yeah. This is no knock on Davis’s design—it kicks ass—but I’d just have to spend a lot of time on the metadata to make it something I’m willing to use here.
Hopefully my upgrade to WordPress v2.0 didn’t break anything…
I’ve created a category for all my Advent 2005 posts. Seemed appropriate.
I have a daily reminder in my Treo to needle me about setting aside time for prayer. [Yes, I'm so bad off that I need that prompting. :sigh:] I’ve been contemplating posting those prayer concerns here, actually logging my prayers. I’m trying to decide if it’s a good, meh, or crap idea, if it’s too self-absorbed, and what privacy issues I’d be getting into. [I'd munge/omit names, but still.]
Please feel free to leave feedback on this concept.

As with GFMorris.com, you’ll have to register to comment, and you’ll be offered the opportunity for a Gravatar signup. It’s not necessary to do the latter.
I also had to change themes; the other one was in German, and … Ach du lieber Gott! I’ll just have to put in some time to bring my old Greymatter-era layout [which was lovingly provided by Amy] into the WordPress world.
Thanks for reading. ![]()
Quite some time ago, I had a lot planned for our friend imperfectmirror.org. Predictably, a lot of that fell by the wayside. All the old entries have made their way to GFMorris.com, most of them in the religion category.
I have some things planned for it again, including a daily devotion. I have a hard time falling into a daily routine of much of anything, but I figure that it can’t hurt to try.
I’ll screw up, sure, but I have grace to cover me.
Sweet, sweet grace.
It’s time to return.
